If you are experiencing a problem with a game which cannot be answered in our F.A.Q.s, then please make sure to mention the following

- name of the game

- device you are using (e.g. iPhone 3G or iPod Touch 2nd gen)

- current O/S version on the device (e.g. 3.0 You can find this under Settings->General->About->Version on the device)
